Coming off of an impressive second place at the Great Aloha Run, Rickus Jacobs ran 31:21 to defend his title at the King's Runner 10K. The King's Runner is Hawaii's largest 10K - and consistently produces both the best talent, and fastest times year-after-year.
In less than 24 hours, Ryan Tsang produced two wins for the Honu Elite. In a field of nearly three-thousand runners, Tsang won the 2019 Kalakaua Merrie Mile in a sprint finish - with a time of 4:36. The next morning, he returned to the streets of Waikiki to win the Start-to-Park 10K in 32:48 - beating his next competitor by over a minute.
